I tried phalanxfc.com on my phone and, i was kind of suspicious at first because sites like this can be hit or miss. But the pages loaded quickly, the buttons actually worked without acting weird, and I didn’t really run into any problems using it. Overall, it was straightforward and easier than I expected.

The onboarding process was more frustrating than I expected. I’m patient with getting set up, but I do like instructions to be clear and straightforward, and these felt confusing in a few spots. It also took longer than I think it should have, which made the whole experience kind of annoying

They did eventually sort out my complaint, but it took far too long. I had to keep following up and chasing them, which was really frustrating. By the time it was resolved, I was more annoyed by the whole process than relieved. Not an experience I’d want to repeat.

I had a minor login issue and ended up messaging support about it. They replied quickly, I think within about an hour, and it felt like a real person was actually reading my message. They basically said something like, “No worries, we can help you get back in,” which was nice instead of making it feel overly technical.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I did have to explain the same problem twice before it got sorted. But they stayed polite the whole time, followed up with something like, “Thanks for clarifying,” and in the end they fixed it without much hassle
